1
Your history
I review your medical and psychiatric history, family history, development, school or work, relationships and how symptoms have changed. For children, I also review pregnancy and early development.
2
Neuropsychological testing
Neuropsychological testing is an integral part of my evaluation. Measures assess areas such as attention, executive functioning, memory, emotional symptoms and personality.
3
Understanding the findings
I consider your test results alongside the interview, history, observations and available records. I do not base a diagnosis on a single questionnaire or score.
4
Treatment and follow-up
I explain the findings and discuss treatment recommendations with you. At follow-up visits, I review your progress, daily functioning, medication response and side effects.
Our office handles testing authorization.
Our office checks coverage and obtains any required authorization before testing. Our office will let you know if anything is needed from you.
No PCM referral needed.
I am an in-network TRICARE provider. The TRICARE patients I see do not need a primary care manager (PCM) referral for outpatient psychiatric visits.
Our office handles TRICARE authorizations for you.
We verify your coverage and obtain any required authorizations for care provided by our practice. You do not need to arrange them yourself.
After you submit, our office will call you within one business day to schedule.
