INSURANCE & PAYMENT
COMMERCIAL INSURANCE: SELF-PAY
Our office is not in-network with commercial insurance plans.
Commercial insurance primary + TRICARE secondary = SELF-PAY
Our office cannot bill TRICARE as secondary to commercial insurance.
Medicare + TRICARE For Life
Our office may accept Medicare + TRICARE For Life and other self-pay arrangements. Select the matching coverage option on the New Patients page. Our office reviews these arrangements separately.
Our office handles TRICARE authorizations for you.
We verify your coverage and obtain any required authorizations for care provided by our practice. You do not need to arrange them yourself.
No PCM referral needed.
I am an in-network TRICARE provider. The TRICARE patients I see do not need a primary care manager (PCM) referral for outpatient psychiatric visits.
