GETTING STARTED
COMMERCIAL INSURANCE & OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our office is not in-network with commercial insurance plans. If commercial insurance is primary and TRICARE is secondary, visits are self-pay; our office cannot bill TRICARE as secondary.
Our office may accept Medicare + TRICARE For Life and other self-pay arrangements. Select the matching coverage option above.
No PCM referral needed.
I am an in-network TRICARE provider. The TRICARE patients I see do not need a primary care manager (PCM) referral for outpatient psychiatric visits.
Our office handles TRICARE authorizations for you.
We verify your coverage and obtain any required authorizations for care provided by our practice. You do not need to arrange them yourself.
